Early Life and Education
Tom Welling was born on April 26, 1977, in Putnam Valley, New York. He is the son of Tom Welling Sr., a retired General Motors executive, and Bonnie Welling, a homemaker. Because of his father’s career, the family relocated several times, living in Wisconsin, Delaware, and Michigan.
He grew up alongside his two older sisters, Rebecca and Jamie, and his younger brother, Mark Welling, who also became an actor.
